Senior fire officials said the building caught fire a second time Friday and they believe it was arson. The second fire initially was reported as a rekindle. Officials with the Detroit Fire department and the ATF met today to discuss the matter.

William Temple, the ATF assistant agent in charge of the Detroit office, is running the investigation of the building.
