Big Brother winner Brian Dowling was this weekend contemplating life after winning the ￡70,000 first prize in the reality game show.The Irish air steward emerged from the house in tears and said: "I never expected to get this far."
Brian said he planned to spend the money on taking friends on holiday - and then will return to work with Ryanair. And he said he was surprised to have won because "at moments I'm annoying and quite loud".
'I'm just Brian'
Brian bagged 4.2 million votes from the public compared with 2.6 million for Welsh hairdresser Helen Adams. The pair were the youngest in the house - both are 23. Earlier wannabe musician Dean O'Loughlin - the oldest at 37 - was voted out.
